FAQ-Digital Planner

1) What is a digital planner?

A digital planner is a PDF planner designed for use on a tablet or other device with a note-taking app.

2) Is this a physical product?

No. This is a digital download only. No physical item will be shipped to you.

3) What do I need to use this planner?

To use your digital planner, you’ll typically need:

  • A tablet or iPad
  • A note-taking app that supports PDFs and hyperlinks

4) What apps work with this planner?

This planner is compatible with most note-taking apps.

Please make sure your app supports interactive PDF files and hyperlinks for the best experience.

5) Is the planner dated or undated?

This planner is undated, because the time to get out of your situationship is now!

6) Are the tabs and links clickable?

Yes. This planner includes clickable tabs and hyperlinks to help you navigate easily between sections.

Important: Hyperlinks usually work in read/view mode within your note-taking app. If links are not working, try switching out of edit mode.

Android Users:  It has been my experience that many note-taking apps do not support hyperlinks on Android.  If you are using an Android device, I would highly recommend Penly.

7) How do I download my planner?

After purchase, your files will be available for download.

Once downloaded:

  1. Save the file to your device
  2. Open your note-taking app
  3. Import the planner PDF into the app

8) How do I import the planner into my app?

  1. Download the PDF file
  2. Open your note-taking app
  3. Tap Import or New from File
  4. Select your planner PDF

Once imported, you can start planning right away.

9) Why aren’t the links working?

If your tabs or links are not clickable, it’s usually because your app is in edit mode instead of view/read mode.

Try this:

  • Exit the pen or writing tool
  • Switch to read/view mode
  • Tap the tabs again

If links still don’t work, check that your app supports interactive PDF hyperlinks.

Android users, I would highly recommend using Penly, as some note-taking apps do not support hyperlinks on Android.

10) Can I share or resell this planner?

No. This planner is for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Resell the file
  • Share it with others
  • Redistribute or copy it for commercial use

11) Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Because this is a digital product, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.
